Change Management Expert RoleFocus on strategic Human Capital Management
Oversees the full scope of HR functions in Greater China.
As the head of human resources in the European business, the candidate is responsible for the optimization of company process and system, recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and employee relations etc.
To assist business leaders with identifying and confirming talent recruitment needs, with a proactive and responsive approach to ensure the hiring of the staff/talent needed.
This position leads and directs all Human Resource Development activities across China in line with the Global HRD strategy. The role will be based in Shenzhen and will require close collaboration with senior leadership and the HRD teams across multiple sites to drive HRD strategies.
全面统筹规划海外国家/地区部的人力资源战略
负责协助董事长制定公司年度人力资源战略规划目标,并推动经营目标的实现;
深入了解并结合公司业务需求,搭建及优化人力资源管理体系,并赋能海内外团队人力资源战略在业务部门的有效实施、帮助业务成长;
人力资源基础体系搭建,尤其是人才供给与甄选、绩效管理体系快速有效落地;同时提升人力资源团队能力
管理和领导公司的人力资源团队,包括招聘、组织、培训、绩效管理、员工关系等方面。
根据公司发展战略,建立并完善人力资源管理体系、组织架构,建设可持续发展的企业人才选、育、用、留机制;
HR Manager
作为HR Head统筹HR内部团队管理,赋能业务,疏通企业流程与制度。
全面负责公司人力行政团队管理;为公司快速发展阶段快速吸引人才搭建团队;
协助决策层制定公司发展战略,负责其功能领域内短期以及长期的公司决策和战略,对公司中长期目标的达成产生重要影响;
