To create and maximize value and potential for designated category in professional channel by developing, planning and implementing marketing strategy and promotional tactics that aligned with the Brand Strategy to achieve targeted sales growth and market share growth
Responsible for overall marketing, especially event for the brand
Working in close collaboration with Sales, Field Application and Product Management Teams, The Scientific Marketing Manager contributes to revenue growth in the China market by engaging customers throughout the buyer's journey through development of creative and effective marketing strategies and campaigns, and by providing leadership, mentorship and training to a team of Scientific Marketing Specialists and Coordinators.
This role will launch and push growth of pillar products using their own product, market and consumer expertise, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.

This role need to lead and manage whole marketing functions to develop and drive marketing strategy, compile and analyze client insights, market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities, translate into fully integrated actions to elevating the experience of client decision journey, so as to build up luxury brand identity position and gain market share for the brand in prestige luxury skincare industry.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of brands, sales objectives and strategies and provide continuous feedback/input to Brand management and brand marketing team- Communicates brand strategies, objectives, and marketing programs to sales- Adapt local trade-plans guidelines per distribution channel

1. Planing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and programs to drive awareness,customer acquisition, revenue growth and sales enablement.2. Developing and executing the company's growth marketing strategy, including demand generation,customer advocacy and sales enablement programs to meet revenue targets.
Define and guide the country brand strategy consistent with the international brand positioning and the country's priorities to contribute to continued growth of the brand and the consumer relationship.
Drive the marketing and communication strategy for global skincare, makeup and promotional programs to meet the unique needs of Chinese consumers. Responsible for future planning, conceptualization, development and implementation of China-specific collections and new product launches.
Develops and maintains effective strategic partnerships and working relationships with brands, key staff from the theme park, the tour and travel industry, hospitality, corporate, community groups, and external resources and vendors plus local government.
