As the Country Manager, the role is to work as the Commercial Lead and the representative of the organisation in China market and to lead the execution of the commercial strategy and tasks in China.

- Develop and implement the overall business strategy in Australia, aligning with the overseas Business objectives and local market dynamics
- Provide visionary leadership to drive the achievement of revenue targets, market share growth, and profitability

As the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, this role will be directly working with CEO, continuously working on the improvement of business strategy and lead an elite BD group to achieve in-licensing deals for the company. This leadership role will oversee company's pipeline from target selection to clinical development and marketing strategies, lead a senior team to prioritise projects at different clinical stages, and in-licensing assets to synergize existing pipeline.

As the Head of Biometrics, the person is expected to serve as the biostatistics expert who will manage external partners for biometric work across all sites in China, and further develop internal team to perform all statistical work of clinical studies conducted by the company; provide sound experimental design and data analysis expertise; prepare statistical analysis plan to ensure that the appropriate statistical methods are developed and utilized; interface with other functions and global teams to assist with data interpretation and understanding of results.

This is a newly created role in BD team focusing on both in-licensing and out-licensing projects. This role will be responsible and driving the process of identifying and evaluating innovative assets in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and academia with a focus in immuno-oncology but also with an open eye on other disease areas, as well as potential targets for M&A, co-development and out-licensing.
