A pharmaceutical MNC is seeking a Head of IT HCP digital Health role

A key commercial position and responsible for establishing and driving growth of eCommerce business in China.

The role is expected to deliver end to end activation plans such that ensure company consistently delivers its sales, profit, market share, and customer ranking goals.

This position is to drive the growth of online store specializing in cheese & Yogurt and Fruit products.
The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize the online presence, increase traffic, and enhance conversion rates.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join the team as the Chief Digital Chip Designer.This role is in charge of the design efforts in creating cutting-edge digital chips that will power the next generation of technology.

制定并实施集团电商全渠道发展战略，统筹天猫、京东、拼多多等主流平台及新兴渠道的运营管理，实现跨平台市占率提升

管理15人团队, 包括运营、客服、广告, 操盘全品类线全渠道生意, 对业绩负责, 管理3000万美金生意。

1.公司业务发展到一定规模, 新增岗位, 统筹全部市场亚马逊渠道（欧美中东澳洲）

2.拓展完善现有团队, 扩大规模

负责北美+日本亚马逊渠道的管理, 对业绩负责；管理10人团队, 过亿团队规模

管理10人团队, 负责公司核心品类的线上全渠道管理, 对业绩负责；

tob的谈判能力以及toc的转化能力；

欧洲独立站0-1负责人, 专家岗；汇报CEO

欧洲独立站0-1搭建及运营, 专家岗位；

有创业热情, 和公司共同成长；

管理欧洲5国区域, 以及中东、日本、澳洲新区域市场；为电商销售业绩负责

抖音团队0-1搭建；资源公司资源；

管理公司全部电商渠道, 包括亚马逊、独立站、其他三方平台；

管理15人左右团队；

对亚马逊站内平台规则玩法熟悉了解, 如果了解站外营销更佳；

管理公司线上电商全渠道生意, 有空间开拓新渠道, 灵活度高, 决策权力大

在欧洲知名企业协助电商经理共同负责品牌电商全渠道的运营。

制定电商营销策略，规划猫、京东、抖音等电商平台的年度营销策略，明确各平台的市场定位、目标客户群体及核心竞争优势，确保策略与公司整体业务目标一致。
