1.根据公司的目标,协助销售负责人展开销售的目标以及目标在产品,区域,季度(时间)维度分解,并就数量,型号,价格等达成一致 2.对全球销售各个产品线的需求进行管理,分析,将销售需求转化为对制造与物料的需求,形成产供销平衡的需求计划
The purposes of this role is to own and lead (1) All commercial activities within South China region covering all products under PE and PP&IS BU to achieve each BU business plan and sales target; (2) All commercial activities related to Global Account (GC based) / Regional Account (GAM whom has sites in GC) covering all products under PE and PP&IS BU to achieve each BU business plan and sales target and (3) ETP Business GC Region growth plan focus point. Set up GAM team / set direction and drive for product differentiation strategy to achieve SBU target, enhance customer relationship, co-work and support other function teams for implementing process improvement, complete compliance and EHSS with sales organization, develop talent and build pipeline to grow people.
Identification and development of net new clients in financial industryLeadership & Executive team in sales situations
1) Developing and executing overall strategic plan to achieve sales targets for the business in China.2) Responsible for maintaining relationship with key Smart Phone customers at senior level for the business. This individual will work closely with all internal stakeholders in the company and will have very close engagement with senior leaders.
To manage the offline/mass market business sector at regional level, resulting in the measurable acquisition and development of new and existing business. Doing so within a defined operational framework and with the intent of establishing sustainable business-to-business relationships that are aligned with the overall Mainland China Market Execution Plan.
Propose Ideas for business expansion / opportunity Monitor & Follow up with local distributors both offline and E-Commerce channels
1.Standardize store visit process, closely track the results in pilot markets and then implement the process to improve store visit efficiency. Necessary training delivery will be needed.2. Launch DSR toolkit to guide reasonable investment from distributors.
