Requires experience in retailer management to effectively manage the deployment and collaboration model of frontline retail employees. Market Expansion: Responsible for expanding overseas business, covering almost the entire global market except Oceania and North America. Requires strategy formulation and standardization, mainly managing office positions. The Successful Applicant A successful Global Retail Management Head should have: Extensive Retail Experience: At least 10 years of retail experience, preferably with a retail background. Requires overseas frontline retail experience and the ability to manage comprehensive retail operations. Comprehensive Management Skills: Possess comprehensive management skills to handle long-term and strategic issues. Requires experience in managing a team and effectively managing a team of about 20 people.
