Job Description

Job Responsibility

  1. Retail Management: Responsible for managing global retail positions, especially strategy formulation and standardization work in overseas markets. Requires comprehensive retail experience, with practical experience in at least two of the three modules: people, goods, and field.
  2. Team Management: Guide a team of about 20 people, mainly responsible for managing office positions and conducting overseas dotted-line management. Requires comprehensive management skills to handle long-term and strategic issues.
  3. Business Development: Drive the company's transformation from 2C, with retail operations as the core strategy. Reflect the transformation on the retail side, especially in the context of the company's transformation into an AI company.
  4. Recruitment and Training: Responsible for the recruitment, growth, assessment, motivation, and retention of frontline retail employees. Requires experience in retailer management to effectively manage the deployment and collaboration model of frontline retail employees.
  5. Market Expansion: Responsible for expanding overseas business, covering almost the entire global market except Oceania and North America. Requires strategy formulation and standardization, mainly managing office positions.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Retail Management Head should have:

  1. Extensive Retail Experience: At least 10 years of retail experience, preferably with a retail background. Requires overseas frontline retail experience and the ability to manage comprehensive retail operations.
  2. Comprehensive Management Skills: Possess comprehensive management skills to handle long-term and strategic issues. Requires experience in managing a team and effectively managing a team of about 20 people.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Possess strategic thinking to drive the company's transformation from 2C, with retail operations as the core strategy. Reflect the transformation on the retail side.
  4. Innovation Ability: Possess innovation ability to drive the development of retail business in the context of the company's transformation into an AI company. Requires experience in technology companies to enhance customer experience and goodwill.
  5. Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, superiors, and external partners. Requires the ability to handle sensitive regional retail management work.
