• Support the group with Freedom-to-operate searches regarding products sourced in China and Asia (ROA and RSA), particularly supervision of external patent agents performing those searches
• Assist during prosecution of patent and design patent applications filed by the Group in China
• Identify products available in China infringing both our Chinese IP and our IP worldwide

Report to Senior Privacy Manager, support in various privacy activities and tasks, such as contract review, privacy advice and assessment, personal information audit, privacy training, etc.

• The role will cover legal and compliance issue in China, and directly report to oversea bosses.
