Job Description 作为中国管理团队成员，为高级管理层提供法律、合规、治理及声誉风险方面的战略建议；领导中国大陆及香港地区的法务与合规职能，包括商业运营、商务合作、公司治理、竞争法、劳动法及争议解决等领域；建立并持续优化企业合规体系，覆盖反商业贿赂与腐败、市场推广合规、第三方风险管理及监管要求；主导重大项目、复杂交易及战略合作的法律风险评估与管理；与全球法务及合规团队协同合作，推动全球政策和治理标准在中国市场的落地；管理并发展中国法务与合规团队，打造高绩效组织并推动数字化及流程优化。Provide strategic legal, compliance and governance advice to senior management and business leaders;Manage Legal & Compliance activities across Greater China, covering commercial operations, corporate governance, employment law, competition law and dispute management;Drive and continuously enhance the compliance framework, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption, promotional compliance, third-party risk management and regulatory oversight;Manage legal risk assessment and mitigation for complex business initiatives, strategic partnerships and commercial transactions;Partner closely with Global Legal & Compliance teams to ensure alignment with global standards and local business needs; Develop and manage a high-performing Legal & Compliance team while driving operational excellence and functional transformation. The Successful Applicant 法学或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备律师资格优先；拥有丰富的法务与合规领导经验，制药、生物科技或生命科学行业背景优先；熟悉中国医药行业法律法规及合规环境，并具备支持跨区域业务的能力；具备企业治理、风险管理、复杂商业交易及团队管理经验；曾为高级管理层提供战略咨询并参与关键业务决策；中英文流利，具备优秀的跨文化沟通和影响力。Degree in Law or a related discipline, with legal qualification preferred;Significant leadership experience across Legal and Compliance, ideally within pharmaceuticals, biotech or life sciences;Strong understanding of China's legal, regulatory and healthcare compliance environment;Proven expertise in governance, risk management, complex commercial transactions and people leadership;Track record of partnering with senior executives and influencing strategic business decisions;Fluent in both English and Chinese with strong stakeholder management skills.
