Advise the CEO and senior executive team on strategic business expansion, market entry, commercial models and cross-border operations. Provide legal support for strategic partnerships, major client engagements, technology collaborations, investments, acquisitions and new business initiatives. Structure, negotiate and manage complex commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions. Support AI-related products, technology partnerships, data-driven business initiatives and emerging commercial opportunities. Advise business stakeholders on legal and regulatory developments affecting international operations. Identify and manage legal risks associated with international growth and evolving business models. Oversee external counsel and support significant disputes, investigations and regulatory matters where required. Build and manage the company's international legal team, including organizational design, hiring, capability development and operational processes. Establish effective collaboration mechanisms between overseas business teams and domestic legal stakeholders. Qualified PRC lawyer; qualifications in the US, UK, Hong Kong SAR or Singapore are highly desirable. Solid legal experience gained from international law firms, global technology companies, internet platforms or multinational organizations. Strong track record supporting international business expansion, cross-border transactions and complex commercial projects. Experience partnering closely with business executives and operating as a strategic business advisor rather than a purely legal specialist. Exposure to technology, AI, digital platforms, data-related businesses or international commercial operations is highly preferred. Experience building teams, developing legal capabilities or supporting high-growth organizations is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
