We are hiring an experienced Overseas Channel Director to drive global channel strategy and execution across key regions including North America, Europe, Japan, and Southeast Asia. This role will take partner development, team building, and revenue delivery, playing a critical role in international growth.

Job Description

1. Channel Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement offline channel expansion strategies across North America, Europe, Japan, and Southeast Asia
  • Build localized channel approaches based on regional market structures and business environments



2. Partner Development & Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, resellers, agents, and retail partners
  • Establish channel policies, pricing structures, and incentive frameworks



3. Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit regional channel teams, including sales, support, and training functions
  • Define KPIs and drive performance through coaching, training, and incentive programs



4. Sales Ownership

  • Take full responsibility for overseas channel revenue targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment



5. Channel Enablement & Brand Promotion

  • Take partner training, enablement initiatives, and joint branding activities
  • Organize trade shows, partner events, and customer engagements to increase market penetration

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above; marketing, international business, or related disciplines preferred
  • 8+ years of overseas channel sales experience, with at least 3 years managing regional teams
  • Strong knowledge of channel development in North America and/or Europe
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural leadership skills
  • Fluent English for business use
  • Results-driven with the ability to navigate complex environments and deliver growth
  • Background in consumer electronics, smart hardware, or related industries is preferred
