Job Description

This internship focuses on mid-to-senior level recruitment delivery on the candidate side, including but not limited to:

  • Supporting the recruitment team in delivery tasks such as posting job ads, screening resumes, contacting candidates, introducing roles, organizing interview materials, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the database
  • Collaborating with team members to understand employer needs and accurately define candidate profiles
  • Conducting talent search and selection through databases, job ads, and social networks
  • Communicating with candidates via phone to understand their job intentions and match them with suitable roles
  • Organizing candidate information and preparing for further communication with hiring consultants
  • Continuously building market insights related to assigned roles and industries
  • Cooperating effectively with internal teams to support candidate-side operations



The Successful Applicant

  • Full-time undergraduate or above; open to second-year students and recent graduates
  • Able to work on-site 4-5 days per week
  • Internship duration of at least 3 months (6 months or more preferred); outstanding interns may be offered full-time opportunities
  • Daily compensation of RMB 150, with additional performance-based bonuses
  • Basic understanding of the recruitment industry and interest in pursuing it as a career path
  • Prior internship experience in headhunting, HR, sales, consulting, marketing, or other industries is a plus
  • Possesses basic business acumen and is eager to develop a professional mindset
  • Strong communication, especially potential influencing and engagement skills, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build networks
  • Quick learner with adaptability and a collaborative spirit
  • Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English; fluent English speaking skills preferred
