Job Description

  • In charge of office and retail talent development program by yearly talent review and calibration, work with management team to define the business development needs link with learning solution, help the team to grow as the fast-growing business requires.
  • Support to ensure by means of HR development that the organization has sufficient and appropriate capabilities/competences for achieving its strategic objectives.
  • Assist in establishing the by function career development path/capability model as well as the succession plan for leadership team's review and assist to assess the qualification of the high potentials, like building the assessment tool and talent profile.
  • Bring out HR development viewpoints in the strategic discussions.
  • Lead the annually organized people and organizational effectiveness review and put the right people in the right position/structure.
  • Lead the local management trainee programs and help the young talents to grow as quickly as possible with enough visibility and enablers.
  • Lead and facilitate the local training programs.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 8 years' experience in retail HR, TA, L&D, previous HRBP experience in luxury retail is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in cross-function/level projects and activities.
  • Proven ability of project planning, follow-up and implementation.
  • Passionate on Learning & Development, and dedicated to helping partners with their growth and progress.
  • Effective facilitation, presentation and training skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in both Chinese and English, effectively communicate and interact with senior leaders both verbally and in written form.
