Job Description

This internship focuses on candidate-side recruitment delivery for senior-level roles. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the recruitment team with delivery tasks such as posting job ads, screening resumes, contacting candidates, introducing roles, organizing interview materials, scheduling interviews, maintaining databases, and compiling candidate and market reports
  • Collaborating with team members to understand employer needs and accurately define candidate profiles
  • Conducting talent search and selection via databases, job ads, and social networks
  • Communicating with candidates by phone to understand their job intentions and match them with suitable roles
  • Organizing and summarizing candidate information for further communication with hiring consultants
  • Building market insights related to assigned roles and industries, and presenting findings professionally in PowerPoint
  • Cooperating effectively with internal teams to support candidate-side operations



The Successful Applicant

  • Full-time undergraduate or above
  • Able to work on-site 4-5 days per week
  • Basic understanding of the recruitment industry and interest in pursuing it as a career path
  • Prior internship experience in headhunting, HR, sales, consulting, marketing, or other industries is a plus
  • Possesses basic business acumen and is eager to develop a professional mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with senior clients and candidates
  • Quick learner with adaptability and a collaborative spirit
  • Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and strong PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with fluent English speaking ability
  • Results-oriented, with a growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to complete tasks
