Job Description

  • O2O Strategy & Growth
    • Define and execute the O2O (即时零售) growth strategy across major platforms (e.g., Meituan, Ele.me, JD Daojia,Pupu,Dingdong etc.)
    • Drive GMV growth, traffic acquisition, and conversion optimization
  • Platform & Channel Management
    • Own the relationships with key O2O platforms and partners
    • Optimize platform operations, assortment strategy, pricing, and promotion
    • Drive collaboration with KA channels and distributors to ensure execution quality
  • Omni-channel Integration
    • Work closely with E-commerce, KA Sales, and Retail teams to enable seamless integration between:Offline KA / retail stores, O2O platforms, E-commerce channels
    • Support the long-term development of a fully integrated omni-channel model.
  • Commercial Performance & P&L Ownership
    • Manage overall business performance, including: GMV, Margins, ROI
    • Provide data-driven insights and forecasting
    • Continuously optimize business efficiency and profitability
  • Team management & Capability Building
    • Manage and develop a team of 3+ members (Manager level)
    • Build a strong execution-driven culture with clear KPIs
    • Coach team members and improve operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

A successful O2O Senior Manager should have:

  • 8-12+ years experience in E-commerce / O2O / Omni-channel
  • Proven track record in FMCG / Fresh retail / O2O
  • Experience in multinational companies (MNC) is highly preferred
  • Business Capability: Strong understanding of O2O business model & High-frequency consumer behavior Platform运营节奏.
  • Proven ability to:
    • Drive business growth from build-up stage.
    • Manage complexity in cross-channel environments.
  • Analytical & Commercial Skills
    • Solid P&L understanding
    • Strong data-driven decision-making capability
