Job Description

Business Development & Sales Growth

* Drive new category penetration across acquired customers, including OS&E, textiles, amenities and other relevant consumable categories.

* Develop customer-specific commercial proposals that demonstrate value, consistency, service improvement and total cost benefit.

* Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver profitable revenue growth and align with margin expectations.

* Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within newly acquired customers and brands.

* Ensure commercial commitments are clearly documented and aligned internally before customer commitment or rollout.

* Own and deliver new business revenue targets across assigned APEC markets and Account opportunities.

* Identify, qualify and convert opportunities with targeted hotel groups, brands, owners, management companies and procurement organizations.

* Acquire new hotel brands and new customer relationships, with particular focus on priority target groups and competitive accounts.

* Build and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with clear opportunity value, stage, probability, next action and expected close timingStrategic Account Management

* Develop and maintain a pipeline of new hotel openings, conversions, renovations and brand launches across the assigned territory.

* Engage early with hotel development teams, owners, opening teams, procurement teams and brand stakeholders to position Guest Worldwide before specifications and supplier decisions are finalized.

* Secure revenue from hotel openings through early identification, structured follow-up and conversion of pre-opening opportunities.

* Create visibility of opening timelines, decision makers, product/category requirements, tender status and expected revenue/margin impact.

* Partner with internal teams to ensure successful transition from opportunity win to execution, while retaining commercial ownership of the customer relationship. Collaboration & ReportingCollaboration & Reporting

* Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity pipelines, call reports, forecasts and next-action tracking.

* This Position will require approximately 40% travel, primarily for Client Meetings, Industry Events, 1:1 Team Coaching, Sales Meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8+ Years of Proven Successful Regional Sales Management Experience & Hotel Operational Experience
  • Bachelor or above degree, qualified with a relevant major hotel Management, Finance or International Business
  • Proven Track record of successfully growing sales of consumables to Luxury hotels and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven Track record of Acquiring and growing regional group account contracts in the Hospitality Sector for OSE, Textiles, Amenities or other similar consumable items
  • Experience managing corporate customers, key accounts, hospitality groups, or multi-site customer relationships preferred.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Experience engaging with Corporate Brand, Procurement, Operations, Development, or Decision-Making stakeholders is desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support customer engagement, business development, and industry events.
