The purposes of this role is to own and lead (1) All commercial activities within South China region covering all products under PE and PP&IS BU to achieve each BU business plan and sales target; (2) All commercial activities related to Global Account (GC based) / Regional Account (GAM whom has sites in GC) covering all products under PE and PP&IS BU to achieve each BU business plan and sales target and (3) ETP Business GC Region growth plan focus point. Set up GAM team / set direction and drive for product differentiation strategy to achieve SBU target, enhance customer relationship, co-work and support other function teams for implementing process improvement, complete compliance and EHSS with sales organization, develop talent and build pipeline to grow people.
Will manage current accounts while also growing our accounts to drive our revenue growth. We are looking for driven individuals with a "hunger" to meet and exceed targets.
