职责描述

  • As the Principal/Associate Partner/Partner, you will be an ambassador for Page Group, building your expertise, trust and credibility, winning relationships and delivering successful appointments for your Customers.
  • You will develop and win trusted relationships and successful appointments by delivering a high-quality level of Customer engagement, consulting and delivery for both clients and candidates; and most importantly, to make a difference to our Customers by consistently delivering the desired result.
  • You will use your market specialism and expertise to provide valuable insights and counsel to assist your Customers in making, better, informed choices.
  • You will build a strong personal brand, also adding to the overall Page Executive brand through the quality of your Customer engagement, consulting and delivery, as well as developing yourself as a KOL across recruitment and social media, including high quality online and offline events.
  • For those taking on leadership responsibility, you will also recruit and develop people, as well as take full P&L responsibility, to make sure productivity, productivity, Customer and employee engagement and satisfaction.

  • Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a credible track record spanning several years in recruitment, strong billing and a genuine interest in specialising in a specific market at the executive level.
  • Our strategy to develop our client mix across MNCs and domestic Chinese firms, fluent Mandarin and English is essential.
  • This role can be based from any of the following cities: Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, or Suzhou and you will be delivering truly executive level appointments across Mainland China and where relevant, regionally across Asia also.
  • Most importantly we are looking for people with great attitude, true professionalism and learning agility.
