1.根据集团大的战略方向全面统筹规划人力资源战略,拟定人力资源规划方案,并监督各项计划的实施;2.建立并完善人力资源管理体系,研究、设计人力资源管理模式(包含招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及员工发展等体系的全面建设),制定和完善人力资源管理制度;
1.根据公司的实际情况和经营发展目标制定公司人力资源计划,并负责组织其实施;2.负责建立并完善薪酬体系和绩效体系,激发员工的积极性和创造性,为企业带来更大的收益。
总监层级,全面负责企业人力资源管理,直接汇报创始人:推动文化落地、人才发展、业务决策等开展。
1、负责公司整体人才梯队的搭建,人才的培养;2、负责公司组织文化的建设,企业文化建设;3、负责公司人才激励,考核,晋升的筛选机制建立并落地。
负责中高端核心岗位猎聘(职位交付和团队管理)。
总监层级,全面负责核心业务团队人力资源管理,直接汇报VP:推动文化落地、人才发展、业务决策等开展。

We are looking for a high learning agility individual as Global HRD based in headquarter office in Shanghai. Directly reporting to Group CEO and functional line to be the Head of Human Resources, provide Human Resources functional expertise to support implementation of HR initiatives. Assessing and anticipating Human Resources related needs with a strong focus on HR program implementation, employee engagement, deliver value added-service to employees that reflect the business objectives of the organisation.
The job holder is responsible for the development of our client's operations in China. Key task areas will include but are not limited to market share improvement, financial performance, personnel development, physical asset management etc.This job is also open to expats who has solid working experience in China.
