根据组织战略，梳理团队架构、人岗设置、明确人员及团队相关的需求；提供招聘渠道、面试官培训，寻访、吸引、选拔、聘用合适的人才
制定公司人力资源战略规划，并监督、落实、执行，并定期对战略规划进行检视，提供检视报告
A HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) plays a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. The position requires the individual to anticipate HR-related needs and deliver value-added service to management and employees.
This position is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to the organization's information assets. This role involves developing and implementing risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance with global and local regulatory requirements, and enhancing culture of security training and awareness across the organizations in China region.
