This role need to lead and manage whole marketing functions to develop and drive marketing strategy, compile and analyze client insights, market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities, translate into fully integrated actions to elevating the experience of client decision journey, so as to build up luxury brand identity position and gain market share for the brand in prestige luxury skincare industry.
Responsible for Marketing Commercialization activities across designated categoriesOversees late commercialization and launch of NPD for the assigned category.Execute commercialization excellence in collaboration with Sales and customer marketing groupMeet category objectives (volume, profit, share) that contribute to achieving the Cluster business objectives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of brands, sales objectives and strategies and provide continuous feedback/input to Brand management and brand marketing team- Communicates brand strategies, objectives, and marketing programs to sales- Adapt local trade-plans guidelines per distribution channel
Define and guide the country brand strategy consistent with the international brand positioning and the country's priorities to contribute to continued growth of the brand and the consumer relationship.
