This hands-on role requires a seasoned professional to head sales and collaborate with other functions.

We are looking for a sales-driven professional, not a General Manager, but someone with a strong commercial mindset and a hands-on approach to driving sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in pushing distributors to increase turnover and be directly involved in sales growth and market expansion.

• Manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing.
• Responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans to meet sales growth and profit targets.
• Run the assigned portfolio as a "mini" GM.
