The Successful Applicant More than 8 years working experience in FMCG industry. Strong field sales background with hands-on experience across regional sales, distributor management, RTM, and key account management. Proven success managing sizable sales organizations and cross-functional commercial teams. Experience working within mid-sized organizations or independent business units where resources must be carefully prioritized. Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable commercial results. Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching, developing, and building high-performing teams. Exposure to startup, transformation, or business-building environments is highly desirable. Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and learning agility. Fluent English communication skills, with confidence interacting with international stakeholders.
