Reporting directly to the General Manager, the BU Head will be responsible for driving commercial growth and managing a multi-functional team of approximately 90 employees across sales, trade marketing, e-commerce, strategic accounts, and commercial operations.

Job Description

  • Own commercial strategy and execution across multiple brands and product categories.
  • Manage and develop direct reports across Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, RTM, and Commercial Operations.
  • Drive Route-to-Market (RTM) effectiveness and optimize resource allocation to maximize business performance.
  • Manage national and regional sales teams, including distributor networks and local key accounts.
  • Build and execute annual business plans, sales strategies, and commercial capability programs.
  • Strengthen trade marketing effectiveness and ensure seamless execution from strategy to marketplace.
  • Drive operational excellence across forecasting, order management, and cash collection processes.
  • Partner closely with global stakeholders and participate in regular business reviews conducted in English.
  • Develop future leaders and foster a high-performance commercial culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • More than 8 years working experience in FMCG industry.
  • Strong field sales background with hands-on experience across regional sales, distributor management, RTM, and key account management.
  • Proven success managing sizable sales organizations and cross-functional commercial teams.
  • Experience working within mid-sized organizations or independent business units where resources must be carefully prioritized.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable commercial results.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching, developing, and building high-performing teams.
  • Exposure to startup, transformation, or business-building environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and learning agility.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with confidence interacting with international stakeholders.
