We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Head to lead the full‑cycle business of an established portfolio of automotive electronic components and systems for the China market.This is a senior leadership role that integrates R&D, Product Management, Program Management and Business Development, , driving both technological competitiveness and commercial success.

Responsible for APAC regional financial consolidation, financial reporting, and core accounting operations. Coordinate with local finance teams and third-party service providers across APAC countries to ensure standardized execution of month-end/quarter-end closing, conduct forecasting and rolling forecast analysis, support BVA and ad-hoc projects, and review key accounting adjustments to drive regional financial compliance and data accuracy.

• Oversee the overall office administration and daily operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and well-organized working environment.
• Supervise and mentor administrative support staff, including reception and office support teams.
• Partner closely with HR on employee engagement activities, and office policies.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related matters and internal services.

Principal Engineer with expertise in ball screws and bearings dynamics, DFMA, and cross-functional leadership to bridge innovation and scalable automotive manufacturing.

The role leads end‑to‑end automotive bearing projects for global Tier‑1 customers, from application analysis and solution design to validation and mass‑production launch. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong customer communication to deliver reliable solutions and build long‑term, trust‑based client relationships.
