Job Description

Regional Sales Leadership

* Lead and manage the sales strategy for East China and South China, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

* Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, ensuring strong pipeline development and deal execution.

* Establish clear sales targets, territory plans, and pipeline management processes to achieve business objectives.

Business Development

* Actively develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts within industrial, aerospace, automotive, and high-tech manufacturing sectors.

* Leverage existing customer relationships and develop new executive-level connections within key accounts.

* Manage the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

Solution Sales & Customer Engagement

* Work closely with pre-sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver tailored technology solutions addressing customer needs.

* Position the company's industrial software, embedded technologies, and digital platforms to support mission-critical and high-performance systems.

* Engage with both technical stakeholders and business decision-makers within customer organizations.

Ecosystem & Partner Collaboration

* Develop and strengthen relationships with system integrators, technology partners, and ecosystem partners to expand market reach.

* Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market initiatives and expand industry presence.

Market Insight & Strategy

* Monitor market trends across industrial automation, automotive electronics, aerospace systems, and digital transformation initiatives.

* Provide insights and feedback to leadership and product teams to support product strategy and market positioning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Director should have:

* 8-12 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in industrial software, embedded software, enterprise IT solutions, or related technology sectors.

* Proven experience selling complex technology solutions to large enterprise customers.

* Strong industry exposure and relationships within aerospace, automotive, industrial manufacturing, or high-tech industries.

* Previous experience mentoring a sales team is highly preferred.

* Demonstrated ability to develop strategic accounts and close high-value deals.

* Strong business development mindset with the ability to both drive individual sales and lead a regional team.

* Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams as well as executive stakeholders.

* Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Bachelor's degree or above; engineering or technical background is a plus.
