Facilitate and support the development of long term strategies for each function and operation unit across the Group globally, roll out the strategic planning platform, promote the improvement in sales and operation efficiency and ensure the adequate allocation of resources across the Group.

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Commercial Digital Manager to shape and evolve our omnichannel digital ecosystem. This role will bridge business strategy and technology, ensuring digital initiatives are fully aligned with commercial goals and deliver measurable impact.

• Conduct daily fundamental analysis and forecast-specific supply & demand (short & long term)of major grain products, such as soybean, corn, wheat & barley.
• Responsible for forecasting grains tradeflows for China, Asia & Pacific region.

• Leads the China marketing strategy helping to formulate the overall strategy to drive awareness and sales of key Brands and new product launches.
• Development and execution of the commercial segment strategy in conjunction with global marketing team.

Responsible for the business intelligence team in China to understand and analyze in full detail the lithium market dynamics and report in a concise and clear way all the data and information collected with the objective of completing the supply/demand outlook of the lithium market that pertains to decision making in the HQs.

As the Head of Data & Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire data and analytics function of the company, a team of 20 data professionals including data analysts.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy, translating complex data into actionable insights, and driving business growth across all retail operations.

This role is designed to strengthen commercial performance through process consistency, performance transparency, and scalable digital platforms across the organization. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and regional teams, the position ensures disciplined execution, clear governance, and sustainable growth aligned with strategic.

The aim of the position is to identify & implement applications in new markets particularly in the area of Battery technology.

The position will work closely with the technical sales managers and commercial teams as well as several internal functions such as Product management and Technology functions to define & deliver market opportunities and long term success.

Conduct market studies/business reports using appropriate market research tools (FGD, IDI, surveys, etc.) and analyze data reports, either initiated by MI or requested by business departments, to comprehend the external environment in terms of macroeconomics and market landscape. Provide proposals to support business decisions.
