Job Description * Drive the development and continuous refinement of the company's long-term corporate strategy and strategic priorities.* Identify key strategic choices and provide fact-based recommendations to senior management team.* Evaluate the company's business, product and geographic portfolio, recommending where to invest, grow, reposition or exit.* Assess new growth opportunities across existing markets, adjacent sectors and emerging applications.* Drive strategic priorities with capital allocation, financial and long-term value creation.* Work with the evaluation of acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.* Industry trends, market dynamics, customer developments and emerging technologies.* Develop strategic scenarios and assess their potential implications for the company.* Prepare high-quality recommendations and materials for management team.* Work closely with business and functional expacts to ensure alignment between corporate strategy and business planning. The Successful Applicant * 12-20 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, portfolio strategy, corporate development or management consulting.* Experience working in a global industrial, materials, chemicals, packaging or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.* Proven ability to address enterprise-level strategic questions rather than primarily manage execution or PMO activities.* Strong exposure to portfolio strategy, capital allocation, growth strategy or strategic transactions.* Demonstrated ability with market insights with business economics, financial performance and operational realities.* Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to form clear recommendations under uncertainty.* Executive-level communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging executive teams.* Comfortable operating in an international, private equity-backed and results-oriented environment.* Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.* Full professional fluency in English; Mandarin is strongly preferred for a China-based appointment.
