The Successful Applicant * 12-20 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, portfolio strategy, corporate development or management consulting.* Experience working in a global industrial, materials, chemicals, packaging or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.* Proven ability to address enterprise-level strategic questions rather than primarily manage execution or PMO activities.* Strong exposure to portfolio strategy, capital allocation, growth strategy or strategic transactions.* Demonstrated ability with market insights with business economics, financial performance and operational realities.* Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to form clear recommendations under uncertainty.* Executive-level communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging executive teams.* Comfortable operating in an international, private equity-backed and results-oriented environment.* Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.* Full professional fluency in English; Mandarin is strongly preferred for a China-based appointment.
