This role is designed to strengthen commercial performance through process consistency, performance transparency, and scalable digital platforms across the organization. The aim of the position is to identify & implement applications in new markets particularly in the area of Battery technology.

• Conduct daily fundamental analysis and forecast-specific supply & demand (short & long term)of major grain products, such as soybean, corn, wheat & barley.
• Responsible for forecasting grains tradeflows for China, Asia & Pacific region.

Facilitate and support the development of long term strategies for each function and operation unit across the Group globally, roll out the strategic planning platform, promote the improvement in sales and operation efficiency and ensure the adequate allocation of resources across the Group.

• Leads the China marketing strategy helping to formulate the overall strategy to drive awareness and sales of key Brands and new product launches.
• Development and execution of the commercial segment strategy in conjunction with global marketing team.

Conduct market studies/business reports using appropriate market research tools (FGD, IDI, surveys, etc.) and analyze data reports, either initiated by MI or requested by business departments, to comprehend the external environment in terms of macroeconomics and market landscape. Provide proposals to support business decisions.

This role plays an important part in delivering financial results and commercial decision making. Working closely with commercial team to provide insight & analysis.
