The position provides technical support, system governance, and reliability improvement strategies to ensure warehouse operations run safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

The Head of Magnetic Levitation Equipment R&D will lead the design, prototyping, verification, and continuous improvement of magnetic levitation motion platforms and related subsystems. This position requires strong technical depth, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on experience in mechatronics, controls, and high‑precision engineering.
