Job Description

  • Lead the development of internal AI assistants/platforms to lower the barrier to usage (e.g., unified interaction entry points, context sharing, quick commands, etc.).
  • Drive the integration of AI capabilities into existing systems (ticketing, collaboration tools, code repositories) to achieve end-to-end automation.
  • Develop adoption strategies for AI tools (training, case libraries, incentive mechanisms), analyze usage data (call volume, retention rate, efficiency gains), and continuously optimize the promotion path.
  • Establish an AI impact evaluation framework (time savings, quality improvement, innovation output) and present ROI to management.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to explore cutting-edge technologies such as Harness-Aware Training (HAT), enhancing Agent adaptability in dynamic environments.

The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in AI application deployment / internal tool platforms / developer productivity.
    • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in deeply using or promoting LLMs (GPT/Claude/Gemini, etc.).
    • A proven methodology and real-world track record of driving an organization from low-frequency to high-frequency tool usage (not limited to AI).
    • Technical understanding: familiar with prompt engineering, API calls, RAG, and Agent foundational architecture, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
    • Communication & influence: strong empathy, able to promote AI in non-technical language; possessing change management skills to drive cross-departmental collaboration.



What's on Offer

  • Annual salary ranging from CNY 540000 to CNY 660000.
  • Permanent position based in Beijing.
