Job Description Manage the development of IoT-enabled elevator and smart hardware products. Define technology roadmaps and contribute to product strategy and planning. Oversee the full product lifecycle from requirement analysis through mass production. Manage project schedules, product quality, development costs, and technical risks. Drive technical innovation and support successful project execution. Lead R&D budget planning, intellectual property management, and cross-functional collaboration. Build and manage engineering teams covering hardware, mechanical design, embedded systems, BSP, and project management. Continuously improve development processes, methodologies, and governance. Promote the adoption of AI tools and technologies to enhance engineering productivity and efficiency. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines. More than 10 years of smart hardware development experience. At least 3 years of people management experience with proven team-building capability. Strong understanding of the full smart hardware product development lifecycle. Hands-on experience in IoT device development and connected product ecosystems. Familiarity with mainstream communication protocols and device security frameworks. Practical experience applying AI tools in engineering environments. Strong technical decision-making, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C, C++, or Python. Experience in engineering process optimization and R&D system development is preferred. Background in Industrial IoT, intelligent devices, industrial automation, or related industries is preferred. Good English communication skills are preferred.
