The Head of Magnetic Levitation Equipment R&D will lead the design, prototyping, verification, and continuous improvement of magnetic levitation motion platforms and related subsystems. The R&D Director will lead cross-functional teams to define and execute technology strategies, driving innovation in areas such as ADAS, E/E architecture, and software-defined vehicles. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on project oversight, ensuring timely delivery of advanced automotive solutions for global OEMs.

This role is responsible for engineering and maintenance excellence across multiple logistics distribution centers in China, as well as managing the planning and execution of future new warehouse projects. The position provides technical support, system governance, and reliability improvement strategies to ensure warehouse operations run safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
