Job Description

  • Define and execute R&D strategy aligned with industry trends and customer requirements, focusing on advanced automotive technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software, testing) to deliver innovative products on time and within budget.
  • Drive technology innovation in areas such as ADAS, E/E architecture, smart cockpit, and software-defined vehicles.
  • Collaborate with global OEMs on technical discussions, customized solutions, and RFQ reviews.
  • Manage resources and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control.
  • Establish partnerships with universities, research institutes, and suppliers to foster an open innovation ecosystem.
