Job Description

  1. Responsible for the electromagnetic design of various types of motors, including requirements alignment, solution evaluation, detailed design, performance simulation and optimization, measured performance analysis, and resolution of electromagnetic-related issues.
  2. Responsible for various magnetic field analysis and simulation tasks, providing guidance for the solution design or structural layout of related magnetic components or sensors.
  3. Participate in fundamental technical research, including technical topic studies and knowledge accumulation, pre-research on new forms of electromagnetic products, and tackling key technical challenges.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electric Motors, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related majors.
  2. Mastery of fundamental motor concepts, motor classification and principles, magnetic circuit models, electromechanical conversion relationships, brushless motor fundamentals, motor speed regulation characteristics, motor performance evaluation, electromagnetic harmonic analysis, and basic electromagnetic field theory.
  3. Basic data analysis capability for test data and basic CAD drafting skills.
