Job Description

  • Drive category growth strategy
    • Develop annual trade marketing strategies for high-potential product categories
    • Identify new consumption occasions and channel growth opportunities
    • Accelerate category penetration across multiple channels
    • Build scalable channel playbooks and execution models for future growth
  • Channel & shopper marketing management
    • Define differentiated strategies across key channels including hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores (CVS), O2O, and e-commerce
    • Enhance in-store visibility and shopper conversion
    • Optimize SKU assortment, packaging, and promotional mechanisms
  • New product launch &GTM execution
    • Manage end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new product launches
    • Define pilot cities, priority channels, and launch timelines
    • Track performance and continuously optimize launch effectiveness
    • Establish good practices through post-launch reviews
  • O2O and convenience channel development
    • Develop tailored product, pricing, and promotion strategies for O2O channels
    • Drive growth in convenience store scenarios and small-pack formats
    • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to enable integrated online-offline growth
  • Cross-functional collaboration
    • Partner closely with sales, marketing, e-commerce, and supply chain teams
    • Ensure effective implementation of central strategies at regional level
    • Coordinate resources and drive execution of key initiatives
    • Support business analysis and commercial decision-making

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trade Marketing Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 7-10 years of experience in FMCG, with a strong background in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Commercial functions
  • Strong business acumen with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in successful new product launches and/or emerging category growth is highly preferred
  • Candidates with a transition from Sales to Trade Marketing are a plus
