Job Description

  1. Develop and implement national sales plans and strategies to meet annual sales targets.
  2. Manage and develop the sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  3. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with channel partners to expand market coverage and sales channels.
  4. Analyze national sales market trends to provide data support for product development and market positioning.
  5. Utilize English as a working language to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.
  6. Regularly report on sales performance and market dynamics to senior management.
  7. Manage the sales budget to ensure effective allocation and use of resources.

The Successful Applicant

  1. At least 8-10 years of sales experience in the field of hardware and software IT solutions, including at least 5 years of team management experience.
  2. Extensive experience in channel management, with the ability to establish and optimize sales channels.
  3. In-depth understanding and insight into the national sales market.
  4. Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language for business communication and negotiation.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve goals.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
