With years of experience in fundamental research and development, including autonomous design, packaging, and testing, we have mastered the core MEMS technology and achieved full localization across all production stages, ensuring secure product development and capacity supply.

Job Description

  1. Implement Business Strategies: Translate company business strategies into product lines and decompose them into actionable targets.
  2. Market Analysis: Gather and analyze market information to formulate sales strategies and guide customers accordingly.
  3. Sales Strategy Execution: Manage the implementation of sales strategies, employing preventive mechanisms and resource allocation to control project risks.
  4. Team Support and Empowerment: Support and empower the sales team, fostering talent development.
  5. Organizational Efficiency: Optimize the organizational structure and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 8 years of experience in developing key clients in consumer electronics/auto industry and 10+ years of management experience within a sales team.
  2. Industry Background (MUST-HAVE): A profound sales leadership experience of selling components to consumer electronics industry, with experience in the automotive industry being a plus.
  3. Driven by Achievement: Demonstrated strong achievement orientation, coupled with excellent logical thinking and analyticall skills.
  4. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written English.
