Commercial Strategy & Sales Execution

 

  • Define and implement sales strategy aligned with regional and global objectives
  • Own P&L, revenue targets, and annual budgeting
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive new business development
  • Lead negotiations and secure strategic commercial agreements



Customer & Market Development

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Strengthen key account management practices
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to global teams



Leadership & Team Management

 

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Set clear targets and drive performance management
  • Coach team members and support long-term talent development



Cross-Regional Collaboration

 

  • Collaborate with APAC and global teams to align strategies
  • Act as a bridge between China and headquarters



Industry & Brand Positioning

 

  • Represent the company in industry events and conferences
  • Build relationships with associations and scientific communities
  • Enhance brand presence in the microbiome/probiotic sector

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above (Food Science, Nutrition, or related field preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in food ingredients, nutrition, or health-related industries
  • Strong experience in probiotics/microbiome sector is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Ability to operate independently and drive execution
  • Fluent in English (business level or above)
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
