Develop and execute the long-term and short-term development strategies of the HVAC business, combined with industry trends, market demand and company development objectives, and adjust the strategy in a timely manner according to the implementation effect.2. Lead the sales, marketing, technical R&D and project delivery teams of the HVAC business, build a high-performance professional team, and complete the team's recruitment, training, assessment and incentive management.3. Responsible for the overall operation and performance management of the HVAC business, including sales target setting, cost control, profit optimization, and ensure the achievement of the company's annual business indicators.4. Explore and develop high-quality market resources and customer channels, establish and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relations with key customers, industry partners and relevant institutions, and expand the company's market share in the HVAC industry.5. Oversee the technical R&D and product optimization of HVAC products/solutions, focus on industry technological innovation and application trends, promote the research and development of new products, new technologies and new processes, and improve the technical competitiveness of products.6. Manage the whole process of key HVAC projects, including project pre-sales communication, scheme design, bidding, construction supervision and after-sales service, ensure the smooth delivery and customer satisfaction of projects.7. The Successful Applicant 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering or related majors;2. More than 10 years of working experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 5 years of senior management experience in HVAC business operation, sales or retail channel management, and have a proven track record of managing the team to complete business indicators.3. Familiar with the whole industrial chain of the HVAC industry, including product R&D, production, sales, project implementation and after-sales service, and have a deep understanding of industry trends, technological development and market demand.4.
