Our client is a listed western company, with decades of history, they are dedicated to push the limit of vacuum process.

Job Description

  • As the China Sales Head, drive the revenue growth in China;
  • Manage the Sales Team, coach and develop internal talent;
  • Identify the new business opportunity in semiconductor equipment industry;
  • Develop China strategy and implement strategic plans;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including BU and local technical support.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree above, technical major, must have excellent English speaking skills;
  • Strong customer relationship with semiconductor equipment clients;
  • Components OEM sales experience is a plus;
  • Must be experienced in sales Team management and development;
  • Having experience covering country business for at least 3 years;
  • Experience as a GM or any roles that covers full P&L is a plus;
  • Experience in general industrial clients is a plus;
  • Direct and sharp communication style, result-driven.
