Job Description Business & Strategy Leadership Develop and execute the BU's China market strategy, covering product roadmap, competitive positioning, and commercial expansion. Own the P&L, including revenue, margin, cost structure, and overall financial performance. Identify growth opportunities within passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and emerging mobility applications. Product & Technology Management Oversee product planning, architecture definition, andtechnicalroadmap for a broad portfolioofin‑vehicle electronic systems, such as: Driver information modules Human-vehicle interface components Sensor‑related electronic modules Actuation and control units Body electronics and comfort systems Connectivity and in‑cabin electronics Work closely with R&D centers globally to align local market needs with platform development strategies. Manage product lifecycle including concept, validation, industrialization, and continuous improvement. Program & Project Management Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product development, program execution, and on‑time SOP. Coordinate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to address technical issues and deliver customer commitments. Drive APQP, DV/PV, PPAP, and change management processes for China OEM projects. Commercial & Business Development Develop and maintain senior‑level relationships with key OEMs and Tier‑1 customers. Lead major customer negotiations, partnership discussions, and business awards. Identify and secure new business opportunities in line with product roadmap and technology capabilities. Monitor competitive landscape, pricing trends, and regulatory/market dynamics to support decision‑making. Team Leadership & Organization Building Build and manage a high‑performing team across sales, BD, product/PM, and technical functions. Establish clear KPIs, sales processes, and operational frameworks to support sustainable growth. Develop talent through coaching, performance management, and fostering cross‑functional collaboration. The Successful Applicant Experience Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields. 10+ years of experience in automotive electronics, including both: Technical functions (R&D / Product / PM), and Commercial functions (Sales / BD / Account Management). Proven experience working with major OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers in China. Demonstrated success in business units, product lines, or multi‑functional organizations. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of in‑vehicle electronics architectures, validation processes, and system integration. Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities. Ability to translate market needs into product direction and development priorities. Mature leadership style, capable of managing complex stakeholders in a matrix global organization.
