Job Description

  • Continuously research and analyze the office furniture market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Identify potential new markets, product opportunities, and emerging trends to inform business strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including architects, interior designers, corporate clients, and some of the dealerships.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized office furniture solutions to meet their needs.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through excellent service and post-sales support.
  • Generate new business leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, attending trade shows and industry events.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless business operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the office space solution industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of office furniture products, trends, and design principles.
  • Good oral and written English ability
