Job Description About the Role:As the General Manager, you will be the pivotal force driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of children's sports brand in China. Reporting directly to CEO and the Board, you will oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring seamless integration across retail, franchise, and e-commerce channels while capitalizing on existing and new growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to enhance brand presence, drive sales, and expand market share. Omni-Channel Management: Leverage extensive experience in managing retail, franchise, and e-commerce operations to optimize customer experience and maximize revenue across all channels. Supplier & Dealer Relations: Utilize your robust network of dealers and brand relationships to negotiate favorable terms, expand distribution networks, and enhance product offerings. Financial Oversight: Take full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, ensuring financial health, budget adherence, and profitability targets are met. Team Leadership: Motivate and mentor a team of 40-50 professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. The Successful Applicant A successful General Manager should have: Experience: Proven track record in sports industry. Management, sales, and omni-channel retail operations, with a specific focus on children's wear or sportswear industries. Network: Extensive network of dealers, distributors, and brand partners to facilitate strategic partnerships and expand market reach. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility. Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven capacity to build high-performance teams and drive cultural alignment.
