Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar Jobs Decent and professional international law firm Lean team, high impact: your output will be visible About Our Client International law firm Job Description Pitch / RFP & proposals (core focus) Support end-to-end preparation of pitch decks, RFP responses and credentials Tailor materials to client requirements, ensuring strong structure, messaging and visual consistency Manage multiple deadlines in a high-frequency environment Coordinate inputs from partners and lawyers across Beijing and Hong Kong, ensuring accuracy and on-time submission Seminars & BD campaigns Plan and execute seminars / client events (online and offline), including topic set-up, speaker coordination, invitations, materials and follow-up Work with lawyers and the BD team to drive attendance and post-event engagement Awards, channels & BD operations Support legal directory / awards submissions and the compilation of matter highlights Assist with local BD communications (e.g., WeChat coordination) in line with firm policies Handle BD-related paperwork and internal processes The Successful Applicant International law firm background is essential (BD / Marketing / Pitch / Proposals within an international firm) Strong written English and Chinese; confident drafting and editing client-facing materials in English Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure with changing priorities A proactive, service-oriented mindset and comfort working with senior stakeholders (partners) Able to navigate structured processes and quality standards typical of international firms What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from CNY 300,000 to CNY 350,000. Performance-based pay with a base salary paid over 13 months. Additional overtime compensation.
