We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Director specializing in Oral Beauty Supplements, with profound expertise in the anti-aging domain. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, the candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating cutting-edge science, nutrition knowledge, and advanced dietary supplement technology to spearhead the development of revolutionary nutritional solutions aimed at promoting anti-aging and beauty health.

As a key individual contributor part of a R&D team to drive the functional ingredients innovation by cooperating with external partners.

1.Provide End to End regulatory expertise to innovation projects in China R&D.
2.Ensuring compliance of raw materials and finished cosmetic products developed in line with chemical and cosmetic regulations in China and Asian countries.

Lead and manage a regulatory affairs team, providing guidance and oversight for regulatory compliance and food safety.

You will lead a project team and be responsible for the medical device business landing and launching program in China market from regulatory, safety, claims aspects.

The China Regulatory Affairs Manager will provide leadership and strategic direction for the Regulatory department in China.
They will ensure that all local regulatory requirements are met throughout product lifecyle, from guiding formula development and innovation, to reviewing marketing/advertising materials such as labels and securing advertising permits, to handling post-launch reporting.

Report to the Board, comprehensively preside over the daily operation and management of the company. Achieve the company's listing goal.

As the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, this role will be directly working with CEO, continuously working on the improvement of business strategy and lead an elite BD group to achieve in-licensing deals for the company. This leadership role will oversee company's pipeline from target selection to clinical development and marketing strategies, lead a senior team to prioritise projects at different clinical stages, and in-licensing assets to synergize existing pipeline.

As the Head of Biometrics, the person is expected to serve as the biostatistics expert who will manage external partners for biometric work across all sites in China, and further develop internal team to perform all statistical work of clinical studies conducted by the company; provide sound experimental design and data analysis expertise; prepare statistical analysis plan to ensure that the appropriate statistical methods are developed and utilized; interface with other functions and global teams to assist with data interpretation and understanding of results.

This is a newly created role in BD team focusing on both in-licensing and out-licensing projects. This role will be responsible and driving the process of identifying and evaluating innovative assets in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and academia with a focus in immuno-oncology but also with an open eye on other disease areas, as well as potential targets for M&A, co-development and out-licensing.

As a Chief Science Officer you will be responsible for science strategy and building research capability including team and laboratory. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of the company's mission and strategic objectives by advancing assets through pre-clinical and early clinical development.
