1. Medical Collaboration and Communication:
* Establish partnerships with medical institutions and dermatology experts to provide clinical validation and professional support for the company's products.
* Organize or participate in industry conferences and seminars to exchange the trends and technological advancements in medical aesthetics with peers.
2. Product Development and Optimization:
* Participate in new product development projects and provide medical expertise.
* Monitor the market performance and user feedback of products post-launch, collecting and analyzing relevant data to support product improvement and iteration.
3. Education and Training:
* Provide medical knowledge training for internal employees and external partners to enhance the team's professional capabilities.
* Assist business departments in communicating the medical background and scientific basis of products to consumers.
4. Compliance Management:
* Ensure the medical accuracy of the company's promotional materials and advertising copy to avoid misleading information.
* Stay updated on domestic and international laws and regulations, and promptly adjust the company's compliance strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:
* Master's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Basic Medicine, Pharmacology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. Exceptional candidates with a bachelor's degree may be considered.
2. Work Experience:
* Over 8 years of medical research and development, regulatory, or technical support experience in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
3. Industry Knowledge:
* Familiarity with domestic and international cosmetics regulations and industry standards. Experience in successfully launching products is preferred.

* Strong foundation in medical knowledge and excellent research capabilities.
5. Technical Skills:
