1. Leads the development & commercialisation of new infant nutrition, nutritional powder & commodity products & the maintenance of the existing portfolio

The Plant Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the manufacturing site. 负责床品从研发涉及到量产交付的全链路技术实现，主导供应链资源整合、生产体系搭建以及成本优化，确保产品技术可行性、生产稳定性以及商业化落地效率。

该岗位将负责集团层面年度项目全周期管理、包括项目立项、跨部门沟通协作及会议管理、流程体系建设等工作，以提升运营效率并达成部门目标。
