  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive R&D strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives.
  • Lead the R&D team in identifying and exploring new product opportunities, including conducting market research and analyzing consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and production, to ensure seamless integration of new products into the market.
  1. Product Development:
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring all products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct taste tests, formula adjustments, and stability testing to refine and perfect sauce recipes. o Innovate new sauce flavors, textures, and
  • formulations to keep the product portfolio fresh and competitive.
  1. Technical Expertise:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new ingredients in the sauce and food industry.
  • Utilize food science principles to optimize product formulation, extend shelf life, and improve production efficiency.
  • Work with external partners and suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and raw materials.
  1. Team Management:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a highly skilled and motivated R&D team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet product development deadlines.
  1. Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure all R&D activities comply with food safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all R&D processes and product specifications.

  1. Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the food or sauce industry.
  2. Proven track record of successfully launching innovative food products into the market.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of food formulation, processing, and packaging.
  4. Exceptional culinary skills and a keen sense of taste and flavor profiles.
  5. Excellent leadership, project management, and team-building abilities.
