Innovation & Portfolio DevelopmentCo-develop innovation and renovation pipelines with Marketing and Product Development teamsContribute to growth planning with consumer-driven recommendationsFacilitate innovation framing sessions and define product development directionProvide input to portfolio strategy based on consumer research and market insights2. Consumer Insight to Product TranslationTranslate consumer and customer insights into product and pack design attributesLead product brief development and consolidate cross-functional inputsApply design thinking to accelerate front-end innovation processesProvide actionable guidance on product attributes grounded in consumer needs3. Consumer Research & TestingDesign and execute consumer learning plans to evaluate product desirabilityDefine success criteria and research methodologiesManage external research agencies and ensure quality deliveryDeliver clear, data-driven insights to support business and R&D decisions4. Capability BuildingDevelop and expand local consumer insight knowledge basePromote good practices in consumer and sensory research methodologiesBuild and maintain agile local consumer panelsCollaborate with global R&D and external partners to enhance capabilities5.
