Evaluate the efficacy from raw materials to full formulation. Translate technologies into consumer benefits.4. Deliver effective reporting of scientific data, including peer-reviewed publications, and patents.5. Communicate and work closely with global R&D team to incorporate new technologies into products. 理想的求职者 * PhD with 1-3 years working experience in Bioscience / Biotechnology / Synthetic biology or Microbiology is a strong plus.* Experience in biosurfactant, enzyme, microbiome, or related fields.* Strong experience in Bioscience / Biotechnology / Synthetic Biology or Microbiology or Biochemical Engineering or Fine Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Material Science or related research with proven record of successful delivery of technical solutions* Awareness of business innovations - be able to drive from science discovery to new technology application in consumer products* Be pro-active and self-motivated to engage with project leaders and team members.* Be creative.
