They operate on a global scale with a strong presence in Shanghai, focusing on engineering and manufacturing excellence. 职责描述 1.Manage and coordinate calendared projects with brand teams, proactively identifying and resolving potential risks to ensure on-time delivery.2.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Supply Chain, Regulatory, QA) to maintain smooth project progress.3.Collaborate on innovation projects with regional PD and innovation teams, applying consumer insights and market trends to accelerate development.4.Drive APAC TPM method harmonization by working closely with internal stakeholders.5.Influence and guide key APAC TPM vendors to adopt company standards from early innovation stages, ensuring speed and quality.6.Provide coaching and training to team members to foster professional growth. 理想的求职者 1.Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or related fields.2.Extensive experience in TPM project management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.3.Strong formulation risk assessment skills to anticipate and prevent potential issues.4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.5.Deep understanding of market and consumer needs; ability to track TPM innovations to support brand launches.6.Fluent English communication and influencing skills. 薪酬待遇 Competitive annual salary .
